The key lies in the presentation of the impact: The mission and relevance of the organization must be communicated in a creative way in order to build an emotional bond with supporters that has a lasting impact! Swiss Red Cross Canton Zürich – Will donation: The Swiss Red Cross Canton Zürich has ventured into the still unknown territory of will donation – supported by getunik! The result is a cross-channel campaign that uses modern means to pick up on a historical event and invites recipients to discover their own gratitude between the past, present and future. Finding the balance between emotional and goal-oriented language was the key here. The emotionality was used to pick up the leads and bring them to their goal with objectivity.

 

Greenpeace – Welcome Journey: Greenpeace immediately recognized the importance of a Welcome Journey. We designed and wrote a journey consisting of 3 emails for them. Leads are welcomed, the organization is introduced and a donation is requested in the last contact. Three important contacts through which Greenpeace shows its leads appreciation and confirms to them that their interest in the organization is in the right place. By offering various opportunities for participation, Greenpeace also learns about the preferences and interests of the contacts - a crucial point for the development of personalized communication. The email open rate in this journey was above average and particularly stable at 69% for the first email and 53.6% for the last email.

 

Salvation Army Switzerland – donation program Monthly Giving #Stand by me: The Salvation Army Switzerland was looking for an innovative monthly giving product that would increase the attractiveness of recurring donations. We developed #StandByMe, the monthly giving product that alleviates loneliness and brings together those affected, donors and the organization. With exclusive and regular content, the bond between donor and organization is strengthened and the feeling of belonging to a community that does good is promoted.

Amnesty International – letter marathon: We created animated social media ads for the annual letter marathon campaign. Simple but effective video creations focus on the core of the message and a clear, visually emphasized call-to-action motivates people to support the fight for human rights.

 

World Vision Switzerland – cookbook: For World Vision Switzerland, we implemented an extensive lead magnet project in which we updated an existing cookbook by upgrading its aesthetics and usability. It was an exciting task for us to work with World Vision Switzerland to find new recipes that tell a story. We achieved this by putting people in the foreground and thus fostering a personal connection. But that was not all! We also had to think carefully about how to adapt the recipes for the optimal user experience in the presentation to all end devices - and we succeeded!

 

University Children's Hospital Zurich – campaign page: We have created a campaign page for the Children's Hospital Zürich to finance their new building. To ensure an optimal user experience, we asked ourselves which entry points the donors use to reach the website and how they navigate there. With the virtual tour we built in, users can explore the new children's hospital virtually. The option to donate for various clickable objects displayed in the tour was particularly imaginative. A clever way of making the purpose of the donation clear. The site went live just in time for the start of the campaign. After just a few weeks, they had raised CHF 549’529.46 via their website. Curious? Here’s the way!

 

Missio – Guardian Angel campaign “Digital Abuse”: It's not always about designing something from scratch. With the Guardian Angel campaign, Missio wanted to optimize the ads that had already been placed. The ads were intended to collect 25,000 signatures on the topic of digital abuse and encourage 3% of participants to make a donation. Wanted, done! We gave the ads a refresh and created children's drawings as visuals that tell the story of those affected.
